You would think a masochist would be the best kind of human lineman, but the Mediocres' hadn't thought of hiring one until now. Mowie Rad, from a land called Carrion, walked into the team camp one day after hearing about the death of former lineman The Rabbit, and signed up. When asked why he wanted to play, Mowie replied, "I love being pummeled and I thought this way, I could fulfill my great lust for masochism and help you out at the same time." The head coach hired him on the spot and gave him an old jersey. At his first practice, Mowie told the team he will try his hardest but will never, ever foul another player, no matter what. The team gave the rookie lineman the ritual hazing, which included sticks, blow torches, and razor blades. Mowie couldn't be happier.
