Vater Pumpernell, father of the twins Meeks and Mooks, was never a frien of sports.
He rather wanted his little Orc children to become something with more reputation; like burglars or thieves.
Since the twins chose a Blood Bowl career instead, he was forced to see one of those matches.
Watching some Ogres bashing the hell out of a team, he tried to convince his sons to stop playing.
When he was not able to make his point, he has decided that joining the team was probably the best way to take care for his sons.

Vater developped into the most scared player of the team.
Responsible for at least one casualty during each of the last games, he tries to keep up to his lethel reputation.

A great match for Vater was his 51st.
With two casualties he said bye to his fans and died on the pitch.
He will never be forgotten.
