Vaultstine was turned less than fifty years ago following a match between his former team the Weston Quartermaster's and the Green River Gwarmongers. At this point, aspiring Gouhltown Vamps Passer, Count Hiro Xian stumbled upon his "undead" corpse and made it just so.
