During practice sessions, bloodbowl rookie Paul Herndlar proved himself to be incredibly gifted in Picking Up a Ball. His exceptional control over his opposable thumb and four fingers granted him the position of a thrower.

At first he was reluctant to Let Go of the Ball after suck beautiful pickups but now, one session of "everybody versus ballcarrier" later, he is quickly improving his throwing skills and concentration.
