One of the few survivors of the starting franchise, Athenor did never shine much for his playng or his deeds on the field. An honest professionist now in the twilight of his career, that refuses to walk out from the game. A devoted lineman, who's only noteworthy record is the number of blocks taken(like his inj testify) being always the first hit on the scrimmage ("quarterdeck division" he uses to say) and the most targeted. Maybe for that, he gained some form of respect and simpathy by the press, because he's been voted MVP 8 times since his debut. This rised sometimes the envy of his teammates, who felt deprived of some right recognition of their deeds on the field. Nothwithstanding the depleted number of players in the franchise, he was retired to put down the team rating, because his inj and his lacks of particular gifts.
