Lasse used to work as a chef on the ferry sailing from Esbjerg to Harwich. Being glad of food and beer, he really liked his job, untill some high school students on a studytrip dared to insult his bouillabaise. Lasse promptly threw a couple of them overboard, and thus his career was terminated. He then found out that in Aarhus Motherfuckers they like his food.
