Waker was an unusual player in the sense that his contract was allowed to expire while he was still fully healthy in order to make room for an extra ghoul. Having learned precisely nothing in fifteen games, it was seen as in the teams best interest and he left with no hard feelings. As reward he was not returned to death but kept on to serve as a guide to the teams "Hall of Fame" for their many fans.
