Clearly the audiences of the Ash Cup like a masochist! Iris won MVP despite spending the majority of the game on the LOS facing off against the Armies of Undeath's Flesh Golems.

An award won in bruises, not touchdowns.

Iris was the only Wood Elf player who considered the match against Gruumsh's Gougers a good experience. He saved the team early in the game with an Interception, and managed a completed pass later. Iris learnt from this match that the T.T.T. are going to get bullied if they don't take a leaf from a Dwarven book! Iris has resolved to strengthen his blocking, lack of beard be damned!

Iris now makes up one of four "Sideline Stoppers", a group of elite players who watch the Wood Elf sidelines for sneaky enemy players.

Iris almost had his Blood Bowl career ended by Diode Dodger's blitzer Largic, who charged forward and almost smashed his hand. Thankfully Azura's personal apothecary was on HAND to fix up the wound.

After fighting bitterly to prevent Norse team Asgard Arrows from scoring in the first half, Iris was badly hurt in a near fatal dodge against one of the enemy linesmen. His skilful blocking was greatly missed for the rest of the game.

Iris' end came at the hands of Gunpowder Lads longbeard Durin. He was choked to death in the second half of the game, the team Apothecary unable to act for fear of injury to other players. He is the first of the original 11 to fall, but he will be avenged!
