"If we'd known about his maschistic tendencies, we never would have hired him. In his first game, Descartes played fine, if unspectacularly. In his second match, his <i>appreciation</i> for pain really shone out.

He caused two or three turnovers throwing himself at the feet of those <a href ="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=313183"Norse</a href>, impaling himself on their helmets and the like. And when he fumbled that catch I thought I'd die of embarassment. It wasn't that he dropped it - it was that he dropped it <i>into</i> his own leg. On purpose. Gave away a touchdown, that did. And the match. Would've lynched him myself.

Still, at least he died with a smile on his face!"
