Gunnar Jensson is truly a fortunate man. Slain in battle by Hock, the Zombie, and granted a true warrior's death.

You see, the worst fate that can befall a son of Norse is to be denied a warrior's death, as the warrior's spirit will be denied passage into the halls of Valhal. Perhaps the most bitter fashion of being denied a true warrior's death, is to be risen as one of the undead, after having fallen in battle. You could surely argue that the warrior has earned his seat in Valhalla by falling in battle, and that it is unjust that forces, of which the warrior himself has no control, is able to rob the warrior of an honorable death by trapping his spirit, but be that as it may, a warrior's spirit that has been robbed by the necromantic arts cannot be claimed by the valkyr and brought to Valhal. This is the fate that would have befallen Gunnar Jensson's spirit, if his battle-bretheren had not been able to recover his body before the foul undead were to claim it. Remember this, Sons of Norse, when you fight the undead, the battle is not over untill our dead has been claimed.
