Grumpy has always liked to snatch things of people. Since he was a little...er dwarf, Grumpy has had a bad haboit of grabbing things and not letting go - come stamepeds, tidal waves of angry hobgoblins or rampaging hordes.
because of this tendancy, Grumpy practiced very heavily on how to pick up the ball - because you couldn't trust hobgoblins with the ball. Wonderful people of course, good to have in a tight spot, but still, it was the principle of things...
To date, the only time he was forced to release something was, after grabbing hold of a hobgoblin's lunch by accident, he was faced with several different lawsuits - some represented by some rather unsavoury races upset ab being called 'lesser'/ since that day, he's also been unendingly polite...
