Since Agnar fell on the bloody fields of Blood Bowl, he has yet to be replaced by any long lasting or efficient Berserker. After the deaths of Barkviork and Gunnald, the Northern Nasty Brawlers were concerned for finding someone who could equal to the mighty Agnar, especially since Hallbjorn has been taking some serious injuries recently.

Thorgrim emerged from amongst the Norsemen to take up the mantle of Agnar and while the rest of the team are not optimistic about this new replacement, Ullric at least hopes that Thorgrim could be the berserker they were looking for.

Unfortunately for Ullric, it seems that his hopes were misplaced. Thorgrim recently receiving a smashed ankle is not only unlikely to live up to the stalwart and brutal reputation of Agnar, but now runs just as slow as a limping halfling!

Now being only the second person to be retired, Ullric banished him both from the team and tribe due to Thulgrim's pathetic performance on the field. Not only had Thulgrim failed to perform to the same level as previous berzerkers, but it also seems he was not made of proper Norse stock, receiving two dreadful injuries in the space of only three matches. It was unanimous though, as not only had Thorgrim being stirring up serious trouble amongst the local towns young women, but also had a fierce group of fans looking to "have a word" with him. Ullric promptly gave the crowd what they wanted, as he always enjoyed giving them something to enjoy.
