The owner of Hambone Jones' Headbone Drones, Jones is a veteran Blood Bowl ogre who has somehow managed to survive 12 seasons of play. With age catching up to him, he's founded a sevens team, in the hope of cashing in on his notoriety while facing easier opposition and making the transition into a coaching role.
Not many ex-Blood Bowl players go on to post-career success after playing 10+ years as pros. (Conventional wisdom is that the ideal Blood Bowl coach is a player who was injured into retirement before going through the rigors of too many seasons.) And that goes double for ogres, given that most ogres are kind of dumb to begin with. But Jones is remaining optimistic that he can prove the exception... if he manages to pilot this unlikely crew to any actual wins, who knows? He may have a coaching career ahead of him after all!
