Truthfully, no one will ever know what that really was because of the speech disorder he had since birth (that and the huge pair of 'toofs' in his lower jaw that really made it difficult for him to say anything), but whatever that was, it made him right dead.

In a brawl of epic proportions against WulffMorgenthaler orc's, Makomako had the unfortunate idea of twitting that "something wasn't smelling right" (literally), both in the wrong place at the wrong time.

How could he had ever know that Wulff (WulffMorgenthaler's Troll himself), which was standing right next to him, was following his twitt's and was about to take it personally and turn that sentence alone into a offence?

We'll never know what he really meant, but one thing is certain, he stood there till the end, and took it like an orc!
