Orphaned at a young age, Pierre was sent to work at a Blacksmiths once he was old enough to follow instructions. Three years later, when the Blacksmith's wife died, the Blacksmith became an incredible drunk leaving Pierre to do all of the work. This raised him to a very strong adult, and he also spent several hours a day training with the weapons he made. This training made him a good enough warrior to impress the Red Knight, and though he is from humble beginnings, he is a valuable asset to the team.
