Lamarck has a remarck.., sorry, remarkable power - the gift of proactive evolution! This means it's body somehow scans the immeasurable possibilities in the universes around it, and the body adapts proactively to meet a threat that might very probably present itself!
This has resulted in incredible transformations, such as the time Lamarck anticipated the arrival of Slood Monsters from the Ix9th Dimension, and it's body evolved some rather lovely looking ornamental spines. Unfortunately, the Slood-based lifeforms failed to appear, but Lamarck DID look rather dapper strutting about with it's spines.

Lamarck failed to make much of an impact on the team until he Evolved! Now it seems he must take centre stage, and fill the void left by Biclops.

Leaving the void unfilled, Lamarck had an unfortunate de-evolution. He now spends most of his time on the pitch sulking and kicking his feet... with surprisingly effective results!
