Some of the frost of the pre-season spring training camp seemed to carry on to the season opener for Gits: balls were fumbled with an alarming efficiency and people were tripping just as they were on the verge of getting the equalizer. After one such play Grimurk decided to exact at least a modicum of payback by smashing Shotgun Hobos' star blitzer Mo Mo. He went on to prove where he earned his last name and did just that, leaving nothing but a bloody smear where the star used to be. They did eventually scrape enough from the field to bury at least something and call it Mo Mo.
