HLP Season 11. Kruelty against Crib-o-ip-o-loppapie's blogded up woodies with our only tackler sitting out MNG. Kruelty FAME +1. Cool. Thrown rock konks 'Leaping' Cory McCrackin for a niggling injury. Whaaaaaaaaaaatt? Not cool. Apo? Offers to help via head transplant. Err, no thanks. Turn 2 and Crib's Frenzy MB Tackle dancer reduces blitzer Bon Brackenhammer's movement by 1 in his first (and only) game. Not good Bob. This season is going wrong fast.
The elves score easily, and stop the humans just as easily. Kingston keeps the ball away from the scoring machine at least. 10 on 10 for the second half. At kick-off Kingston turtles and freezes. As the elves attack their numbers are reduced by fortunate POWs, trees taking root, and their own agressive fouls. The humans score easily after the blocks are all thrown, with just 3 enemy remaining.
The humans dare not score early, and the elf 1 TT fails after some drama. A grewsome draw to open the season. I take consolation in the fact that I can try out a 1640 TV squad for one game before I decide if I will keep McCrackin.
