I don't know why but I'd grown a little bit attached to this player. Perhaps because of the dumb name. The niggle, which he got after a couple of games meant he had to be retired in the near future though. So whenhe got a MNG and I needed some more substitutes for the next match, it seemed like the right time to let him go.
