As opposed to many of his fellow fallen, Reek was a survivor of many battles against the Undead. He carried a holy symbol of his faith in the universal good to ward them off. His faith had a place in his heart.

Unfortunately, so did his holy symbol after a particularly vicious hit from an ogre.
