Doktor Bodycrunch found him almost dead, 85% of his bones broken, backbone crushed, no signs of cerebral activity. He took him to his laboratory and ripped off the damaged parts of his body, substituting them with mechanic parts. He had so few blood in his veins that the Doktor had to replace it with a mixture of motor oil and gasoline, but the worst problem was the brain. To revive it he used electricity, so now Sparko needs to be recharged once a day like a battery.
