A Curmudgeonly Sneak; Mowgli was once part of the Jura Dai tribe of elves. He was caught pilfering from the chieftan and driven out, starving and half dead, into the wastes. The Demons found him and spared his life in exchange for his services. He's not very strong, but he's quick and mean. Prefers to attack the helpless.
