Wargblarg used to play the lute for a travelling band of minstrels, called The Meandering Dingleberries. After one raucous gig in a pub called The Farting Forrester, he went to the bar for a post-shindig brew. A strange old hooded goblin asked "Wouldn't you like to play heavy metal?!" Wargblarg jumped at the chance and shook him by the hand. The old goblin cursed Wargblarg, turning his lute to into iron, his brain to mushrooms, and his love of music into a crazed desire to disrupt sports games by spinning said lute round his head trying to kill any, and all, that were in his way.
