Mr. Emeraldbow joined the team shortly after the team lost their most beloved Slayer, Bifur Thundernose, who was lost in battle. The team decided that they needed a few extra players, to be a sort of backup for when the fighting got rough. Mr. Emeraldbow was actually a fan from the start, a young lad who's greatest passion in life was BloodBowl, and he trained for years in the hopes of one day becoming a star. Well, since his favorite team was the rookie team The Warhammerers, he decided to watch them play when they next came to the city he lived in. A few weeks passed, but then one day the Hammerers arrived! The game was all set, a brutal game versus a highly trained team of nimble High Elves, and it was set to be a great game, when suddenly one of High Elves was seen striking a Hammerere, before the game! A roar went up amongst the stands, and the spectators flooded the arena, and started tearing the Elves to shreads. Of course, Talin was no worse, in fact he was one of the most enthousiastic fans, and he singlehandedly killed 2 elves with his axe! The Warhammeres captain saw this with his own eyes, and after a few minuties of thinking, he decided that Talin would be welcome in the team!

Talin was of course overjoyed about the news, and started doing extremly groueling traning to get into the shape that was required of him, and lo and behold, in a few weeks he was ready for the pitch!
