AKA SNOTLINGSMASHER

Hulk Hogan revolutioned professional wrestling in the 1980's bringing its popularity to new heights with Vince McMahon and the WWF. He quickly won the WWF Heavyweight Championship and the hearts of Americans and the rest of the world. He was known as "the Real American" and took on all comers.

Hogan wrestled in the first nine WrestleManias; his biggest match was at Three, where he wrestled the 500 pound Andre the Giant. He is known for his fininsher of the Leg drop and being a true American. He has had many friends in the WWF: Macho Man, Brutus Beefcake, and Elizabeth, to name a few.

In 1993, he wrestled his last match in the WWF - against Yokozuna - as he was headed to WCW. He quickly became a major star and won the WCW title. Between federations, he starred in Thunder in Paradise, a weekly syndicated show.

In 1996 to the shock of many, he joined Kevin Nash and Scott Hall to form the New World Order (nWo) and became a bad guy. The group reigned supreme and he won the WCW title a total of six times. In 1999, he went back to Hulk Hogan, the patriotic wrestler. He left for a while from 2000 to 2002.

In 2002, he returned to the WWF, now called WWE, as Hollywood Hulk Hogan, part of the nWo. He soon left and became a mixture of Hollywood and Hulk. He won the WWE Championship again, the sixth time, and won his first Tag Team Championship with Edge in July of 2002. He left for a while and returned back to the WWE in January 2003.

Hulk Hogan is one of the most recognized wrestlers in the history of professional wrestling and will truely be remembered when he retires for good.
