Baz was the first (and the last, but we'll come to that later) attendee of the Apprentice Exchange Programm by The Moot's Chamber of Commerce. He was chosen to learn from the Milo Muttonstew, a true Halfling master of butchery.
And Baz showed some talent with the carver... but when it came to friendlyness, his Goblin attitude did him a bad turn. One day Milo was fed up with Baz and shouted at him: "Say: 'It's a bit over, is that ok?' or something like that, you stupid breed of a goat." And with those lines he gave him a box on the ear.
What happened next had to be reconstructed by the survivors' statements: Milo's shout together with the slap put Baz into a murderous frenzy (maybe some sort of childhood trauma) and he began - still holding the carving knife in his hands - to run through the shop slicing open everything in his way (starting with a puzzled Milo) while screaming: "It's a bit over, is that ok? It's a bit over, is that ok?" At the end of Baz' frenzy, the butcher's shop was full of dead meat - well, even more than usual - including the body parts of Milo and his four sons working with him as well as some unlucky customers that didn't make it fast enough out of what suddenly became a little shop of horrors.
And that's the story of the infamous and short lived initiative called Apprentice Exchange Programm. Soon after this incident it was shut down with no Halfling talking about it ever since.
"What happened to Baz and how did he became a Blood Bowl player in the service of a gentleman called FRSHMN?" you ask. Well, that's another story, but to narrate this would surely break the mould of this little bio entry.
