Not so long ago The Chosen of Manann was a Swashbuckling ship operating out of the Free City of Sartosa. The Ship was named due to the Immense luck the crew experienced at Sea, always putting themselves in dangerous and difficult situations, but somehow always escaping unscathed, and on top. It was as if the very ocean itself was on their side. After a while the crew started to believe that they were invincible at sea, As the god of the ocean, Manann, watched over them.

It was because of this belief that they dared venture near the distant continent of Lustria, in search of the incredible wealth said to be there. They did not find any such thing.
