The Garden Medley Maladies hail from the rotting, disease-ridden lands of the Plague Marches, a region where the influence of Nurgle festers and blooms in twisted splendor. The team's origins can be traced back to a once-thriving city that fell into ruin under the weight of Nurgle’s influence. As the city succumbed to decay and corruption, the remaining inhabitants, driven mad by pestilence and despair, turned their attention to Blood Bowl as a means to honor their Dark God and celebrate the rot that consumed their world.

With the city in tatters and overrun by sickly, decrepit flora, the survivors formed the Garden Medley Maladies. Their team logo, a ghastly flower with diseased petals, symbolizes the twisted beauty of Nurgle’s garden. The team is managed by the putrid Great Rotnik, a former gardener turned plague priest, who has embraced his new role with fervor, infusing his players with the essence of decay.

Their home pitch, the Garden of Sickness, is a nightmarish arena overrun with mutated plants and creeping miasma. The ground itself is a quagmire of poisonous sludge and rampant fungi, adding an additional layer of difficulty for opposing teams. The air is thick with a cloying miasma, and the very atmosphere seems to teem with the corrupted essence of Nurgle’s domain.
