Preparations after the qualifiers have now started, and the Maulers will be working on regaining their strenght. All other efforts have come to a halt with the fumbbl cup taking place now! First game against what on paper appeared a much tuff'er <a href=http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=match&op=view&id=917690>CD team</a>. But with last meeting between coach Tza and n3m3sYs fresh in memory, the Southside Maulers fought their way to a surprising 2-1 victory! UPDATED 5/10-2005 FUMBBL CUP TR Qualifiers! In the second game against Schallburg's <a href=http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=match&op=view&id=918776> Mjoelnir's Friends</a>, it was a stronger dwarf team that took to the field against the Maulers, who were down 2 CWs. But as lady Nuffle will have it, the Maulers pulled out a 1-0 win in what later has been described as 'best game ever' by both coaches. UPDATED 13/10-2005 FUMBBL CUP TR Qualifiers! In what looked like the easiest match of the 3 that the Maulers were to play, they faced off with the <a href=http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=169874>Altdorf Juvenile Delinquents</a> who for the occation had sought the help of the infamous Count von Drakenborg. But this should prove to no help as the Maulers as kicking during the first half brought the welloiled human machine to a crashing halt, inflicting no less than 2 RIPs (1 apoc'ed). The 2'nd half saw another grind for the human endzone . FUMBBL CUP 2005 - 1st ROUND What an oponent to draw - Malthor's Blood Falcons! and with Dreadclaw and his nasty orkses waiting in the 2'nd found would I despite the odds win. As lady Nuffle would have it, I met a Blood Falcons team fielding 16 players (thanks for the handicaps, Nuffle..) and it was a small issue for the elves to make short work of the chaos who found themselves lacking tackle and punch. Exit Maulers with a 4-0 defeat. UPDATED 21/10-2005 The Southside Maulers are currently the 4'th strongest chaos team on fumbbl with a rating of 278 / 251 !! Incredible!
