While the team keeps rolling insane skills, their ability to stay standing is somewhat limited. With 11 matches played, they have now received 3 deaths and two niggles on the field, and aged two niggles themselves. Until now, the injuries have been hitting players without anything special, but in the 11th match a guard lineman got niggled, and the +MA lineman aged afterwards. With received casualties of 6/9/7 it becomes harder and harder to keep the team fighting. Not once have we had the luxury of a spare player, and of the 11 matches so far, only in five have we been able to field a full team. We do now, for the first time ever, have 12 players on the team; one is, however, missing the next match, so once again we are stuck with only just enough players. And there is also the fact that three of these have received niggles to consider. Update after 12th match: It is a fact; the team is now unstoppable! We have a reserve player for the next match, even after losing a player in the last one. From here on out it will be a breeze. After our 15th match where we suffered a horrific first half luckwise we thought it was all over. Second half was better, however, and afterwards the team once again rolled insane skill rolls. Both AG5 Linemen decided to roll +AG again. While we may be performing sub-par on the field, we sure as hell got the luck when it comes to skill rolls. It'll be interesting to see where we go from here. The bad luck with casualties changed in our 21st match. We received four BH's, but no permanent losses. Better times ahead? Let's hope so. |
