Deep in the heart of Naggaroth, there is a place, that not even dark elves are proud of. Shantiaga is a maximun security mental home. To put this in perspective, a typical human mental home has about the mental capacity of a 'normal' dark elf. Shantiaga is a holding cell for the nastiest of the nasties. Fallen dark elves if you like. As one might expect it can often be difficult to entertain such twisted minds for any period of time, and the guards continually face the problem of the "Fallen Ones" going on a rampage if their somewhat creative instincts are not dealt with appropriately. Enter Bloodbowl!!! The ultimate play pen for these twisted folks. A place where mental instability is a prerequisite, and an unnatural urge to kill things, is what keeps you alive.
