In order to make more money to pay off his debts, Coach Oblitzamanger made an agreement with a Norseman, Goberlunk, who was captain of a large crew. He would teach the vikings how to play Blood Bowl and coach their team in exchange for a large salary to help pay off his creditors.

For the former raiders and pilagers, there was much at stake. They all wanted to prove themselves on the gridiron and end up in Valhalla. But for Coach Oblitzamanger, even more was at stake. Since he was dealing with former villains, he had to be very wary, or very successful, for if things go wrong, he may be in deep trouble...

<i>The Seven Ships of the Tundra Raiders</i>: The <b>Sea Burden</b>, where Goberlunk presides over the activities of his crew; The <b>Orange Bow</b>, where Purnashet stays at second in command; The <b>Troll</b>, where Corelith holds some of the mighty monsters that the crew sometimes uses in battle; The <b>Crag</b>, where Fomgate calculates the tactics the crew will use in battle; The <b>Mermaid's Gift</b>, captained by Seeromp, which was given to Goberlunk as a gift from a mermaid; The <b>Hunt</b>, which is captained by Hearald and is the best equipped vessal in the fleet, and is often the first ship into battle; and The <b>Horned Rat</b>, which holds most of the medical material and food supply and therefore is quite an important ship.
