"Dust and Bone" are coached by a relatively inexperienced coach who is making a return to the game after some long years in hiatus. The team began with a list full of rookies, none of whom showed anything on the field that resembled skill. This showed in their results, and early on they suffered some humiliating defeats and one very frustrating 1-1 draw against the Lizard men Raging Reptilian Ragers The coach after realising the error of his ways in not fielding any Wights, managed to save enough of the gate proceeds and purchased one. The team’s scouts searched far and wide and eventually stumbled upon Wyatt He was to be the first of two; Duodenogastric Reflux joined the team shortly after. In front of a near record crowd of 70 000 and with the aid of these two new recruits, and some brilliant strategy the team was able to just fall over the line against a much more skilled, and boldly determined Halfing team. Mr Whippy's Donut Boys. This was despite the best effort of Deepwood Firmbranch who did his best to throw Halflings at any and all scoring opportunities. Thankfully the second Treeman was KO’ed early in the piece, and the win came for the “Bone and Dust” on the last drive of the game. The “Whippy Boys” were heard to celebrate long into the night, as there were hardly any of them left to share out the contents of the ice-cream van. It was double shares for all survivors! Sadly even though it seemed the team had turned the corner, Rags the Mummy had his undead life cut short the following week by an utterly unrepenting Skaven side who lived up to their name, Assasins of Myth and Legend. The loss of this crucial member of the side saw the team lose two games in a row. Thankfully some of the other members were able to step up. Bandagesthe Mummy had learned to Block with greater skill, and some of the Ghouls that had survived thus far were showing more potential. It was evident that these members and the two Wights would be the ones to score TD’s and win games for the “Dust”. Following these losses and the new acquisition of a replacement Mummy, the coach realised he needed to try something else to get some wins on the board. Whilst it may have seemed somewhat unsporting, the decision was to challenge some untested sides. The coach eventually settled on the decision after being threatened to be fed to the ghouls by the angry fans. This “tactic” has paid off handsomely for them so far, with two mighty wins over relatively unskilled teams; C@dbury's Gold and HAve a Psychotic day. The game against the Chaos lads was particulary brutal, their side was left with only 4 guys on the field. Bandages caused 2 of the casualties himself, in a game highlighted only in blood and Undead glory. It was Bob the Ghoul who took away the MVP in this the teams biggest victory so far. Many team members have benefited from the wins and it is beginning to show in their skill level. The fans should continue to support the team, as it now looks likes they are here for the long run.

Team Match Records

Largest Crowd

Highest Winnings

Total Winnings

Highest Touchdowns Scored in 1 game

Highest Casualties Caused in 1 game

Total Completed Passes

Total Interceptions

78 000

90 000

1 000 000

3

4

8

0

Returned to the Grave

<img src="http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h57/Lelruthus/rip1.png" title="RIP Gastroparesis"alt="RIP Gastroparesis>

|
