Years ago, a bloodbowl coach tired of leading death-prone players on the bloodbowl pitch. It started innocently....a healing potion here, an resurrection scroll there...all with the best intentions of course.... Things took a turn for the worse when the coach began studying necromancy more seriously and contemplated an entire team of already dead players. On one hand, they couldn't really die (been there, done that) and they followed orders without hesitation. On the other hand once you've "been there and back again" you lose a bit in the athletics department. A fair tradeoff, he decided, and began composing, stiching, and exhuming his new team. Unfortunately the up and coming necromancer forgot one simple thing...to prolong his OWN life...and croaked a few decades back of heart failure while vehemently protesting a foul. Since then, the Deathheads have been following their deceased master's wishes, to crash their way to the top!
