The Dunlendings bear unequaled animosity to the Men of Rohan. They call them the forgoil, the strawheads, and have hated them for 500 years. A few Dunlanders have formed a blood bowl team in order to secure the <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=group&op=view&group=4596">Ring of Power</a> and with it, maybe the ability to defeat their hated enemy. The stakes are very high, indeed, for the Raiders.

In their first action against the team <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=369244">Moria is Ours</a>, the norse engaged the gobo legion and their cave trolls in a slugging match. A combined six casualties, plus many, many more KOs occured. But eventualy norse players such as <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=4384644">Porfor Walstok</a> made critical plays which brought a 2-0, though could have been 3-0, victory for the Dunlendings. The norse lost a man for a match, as he was incapacitated by a mighty cave troll, but will be back soon. Another dundlending was recruited to take his place for the next match.

The dunderlings were hoping to get a two game winning streak going, but their hopes were dashed in their game against the <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=369261">Ogres of Mordor</a>. An ogre killed last match's hero, <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=4384644">Porfor Walstok</a>, but the medicine man managed to save him from the great yonder, only to be badly hurt later in the match. Without their hero and leader, the norse were unable to harm the gobos for most of the match. Late in the match, with the score 1-1 and the gobos in scoring position, a gobo blitzed and killed a norse lino! This greatly angered <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=4384625">Thargash</a>, and he made two amazing dodges then blitzed the ball carring, norse killing gobo and managed to seriously injure the little bugger. Alas the gobos eventualy picked the ball up and scored the winning goal on the final turn due to lack of norse numbers. The winnings were good enough to replace both lost norse linos, and thus the team is back to full strength.
