| Can ogres be a good team long term? Probably not, but let's have fun trying! Game 1 : win vs elves. Game 2 : win vs skaven. I don't know about long term, but ogres sure can play short term! Game 4 : 4 new skills (only had 2 until then), including an AG4 gobbo and an ogre with block. Woot! Game 5 : the ogre with block is taken by the police for interogation. I guess ogres are not allowed to have block! Down to 9 players for next game because of a niggle and 2 more MNG. Game 6 : the AG4 goblin got fouled to death by halflings on turn 2, after getting niggled and saved. The ogre with block also died later on. None of the 2 best players on the team got to play more than 1 game with their new skill before dying. :-( Game 7 : another goblin niggled, another ogre MNG and another ogre dead, again my best ogre (2 skills and 24 SPPs, closest being at 12). I'm retiring the team, there's nothing left to play with and a rookie ogre team would now be miles ahead of this one. |
