<b>0-3-4</b>
A sharp learning curve in the first season with the dark elves and one of dismal failure - bottom of the league with 10 points. The season ended 0-3-4, but with a notable improvement after the first couple of games. An early gamble in game one against wood elves didn't pay off and crippled a blitzer and it went from there. Played wood elves, necromantic, human, dark elf, lizardmen, chaos dwarves and finally undead. Had chances against humans, dark elf, lizardmen but ran out of dice. Achieved goals of finishing a game without a MNG/dead, scoring 2 TDs in one game and finishing the season (!) with 11 players, but failed to win a game. Will be sticking with the team, which finished with 13 players and three rerolls after a decent friendly, and hoping for better in season 9.

<b>4-2-1</b>
A much better second season with the dark elves saw us finish runner up in the Morien regional with 25 points. The season ended 4-2-1, with a promising opening dashed by a mauling at the hands of an orc team. One False Move were able to rebuild though and had a chance for the title in the final game with a win, but only got a draw. Getting a better feel for the team, especially defensively, so we will see what they can do in the conferences. Played lizardmen, wood elves, necromantic, orc, wood elves, chaos and vampires. Achieved goals of winning a game, scoring more than 6 TDs, getting a fourth blitzer and having a winning record. Didn't manage to skill up all my players (well I did, but they died!). Looking forward to tougher matches in the conferences in season 10.

<b>3-0-4</b>
Achieving four out of five of the goals I set for myself at the start of the season, including staying in the division, might look like a decent result. As my team roster might show though, this was a painful experience. Won the first two games against dark elves and orcs, but then got absolutely diced against skaven losing 3 players to a combination of bad tactics, an apo fail and over fouling and the story of my season was there. Lost game 4 with 9 players against undead, but not too painful, then lost 2-1 against chaos dwarves and was over fouled again losing another 3 players. Had chances against wood elves but stalled for a turn too long so lost 2-1 and then pulled a very lucky win over DanTitan's high elves in the final game to stay in the league. A very frustrating season, I just couldn't compete for most of it, and I think I might give this team a rest for a while. I won't retire them, they will be back I think in the future, but for now something more bashy is needed!
