| The walled city of Hillsfar is now the strongest city in the Moonsea. Home to many races; elves, humans, halflings and gnomes it was the dwarves that frequented the Rats Nest that first discovered the past time known as Blood Bowl. It started in an unstructured format – frequently a brawl inside the establishment, which led to a far more sinister confrontation down the darkened alleys. Over the months and years that followed many teams popped up within the city, the Green Gnashers (an inept goblin team often found frequenting the Bugbears Cave, which in itself is a tavern and not a cave), the Delpardue Dashanars (an elven team no-one liked – not even the other elves) amongst the more famous, but it was the dogged resistance and durability of the Hillsfar Heathens that set them apart from the rest. |
