| <div align="left">Magic have now lost two in a row, going down to the Dwarf team, Strokey Beards, in a fairly luckless 2-1 match. The Catcher experiment has failed, with both catchers being Badly Hurt early in the first half. The Strokey Beards played a solid, and also somewhat luckless, game, but pulled off the win, regardless. On the bright side for Magic, team captain, the Ogre, Bull, managed to get the MVP, giving him his first player points in six games - the powers that be must have enjoyed watching him standing around doing nothing for most of the match, or maybe they just enjoyed watching him get knocked down for the rest of it... Magic will consolidate, and put in some extra training before their next game, to ensure they perform better as a unit. The coach will also go and beat himself soundly, for turning in such a poor performance in this game. </div> |
