With his empire crumbling around him and his sycophants abandoning him, Grand Emperor Georges Le Bush II determined to leave behind an educational legacy for the ages. Realizing that large numbers of the less than brilliant street urchin were dragging down scores on the Empirical Imperial Parchment Exams, Emperor Le Bush, listening to his gut, shot quickly from the hip.
