The stormers are Woodies answer to a very, very long and painful quest. Woodie has started playing bloodbowl with woodelves, and has rarely played anything else ever since. A few experiments containing orc and chaos team ended in a complete disaster.
As every Woodelf coach knows, playing Woodelves is fun, but it can also be very painful. They just lack the necessary hitting strength. Thus the darkelves seem to be the ideal solutiong containing both the AG to be an excellent scoring team, and having the right stats and skills to be a hitting team. This team is supposed to be the latter =)
