It's a fairly rocky start to the season as we struggle to get results while trying to skill up rookie ghouls and deal with inducements and oddly skilled LRB4 players. Game 2 leads to <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=7691376">Sniffles</a>' retirement when he gets -AV injured on top of his existing niggle. By game 6 we're doing well with a 4/1/1 record and our final game is vs the lizards in 1st place with the winner going to the premiership - but a 2-0 crushing means we must accept third place this season. Fortunately it's just enough to get us a spot in the playoffs which we then manage to lose 2-1! Luckily after all that we get auto-promoted to the premiership by DEFAULT due to a coach pulling out of WIL. De-Fault! De-Fault!</td><td>-</td></tr>

We win game 4 and things are looking up: a win vs the leading zons in game 5 would put us into 1st place! But then... <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=match&op=view&id=3120162">DISASTER</a>. Team destruction! A loss and we're mangled from 220/241 to 183/129 (and 7 players) for the next game (a team worst loss of 4-1). Ouch!
