Fjordkill is a town in the northern reaches of Northern Norseland. The major
export articles, as for most Norse settlements, are pain, fire and metal music.

In the difficult conditions of Northern Norseland, the people have learned to
make the most of any supplies they can get their hands on. No twig shall be
thrown aside without thought if it could still be used to burn someone, no ax
shall lay in the corner if it still has swings in it and no corpse of an enemy
shall go unused, unless it is that of a dwarf. Those will be thrown to rot in
the Pit of Shame, useless in death as they were in life.

Naturally, the standing of the deceased shall play a part in the corpse's
duties in the afterlife. The skulls of the most prized foes shall earn their
rightful place in the throne of the Master of Fjordkill.</div>

One day roughly five years back, Phrixüs Darkspine walked in through the wall of
the Fjordkill mess hall, carrying a blooded leaflet with "Bloodbowl Tournament"
written on it and a picture of a Troll eating a Goblin. Though grievously
blooded in the ensuing struggle, he got his point across. Supplies, treasure,
food for the looting. Or killing, in some cases.

In spite of his appearance, Phrixüs is no fool. His mind merely moves at the
pace of a glacier, rarely taking interest in the skittering of little people
unless food is involved. Although he possesses incredible regenerative
abilities as countless injuries on the pitch have proven, those too are
somewhat slow, sometimes requiring weeks or even months to fully heal the
creature. Carbon dating has placed Phirxüs' left buttock firmly in the
Cretaceous period, though it is impossible to tell whether it is an original
detail or was merely regrown at the time of the great extinction.

Phrixüs likes doom metal and long walks in the snow. </div>

From his skin, the women have crafted a sturdy and well concealing loincloth for the snow troll. Farewell, lowly elf. May you be more tasty in the afterlife.


In a <a href="http://www.fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=match&id=3053288">game</a> against some <a href="http://www.fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=622406">dark elves</a>, Greifi's Strong Arm cracked the skull of <a href="http://www.fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=7606998">Florian</a>, a fellow thrower. Bestowing an unusual honor upon this elflike, Greifi has taken the fallen's Strong Arm and turned the humerus into a handle for his trusty despoiling and pillaging hatchet. Farewell Florian, may mead flow and villages burn in your afterlife.
