God's Land These arctic peaks are home to many Norse tribes; and home to just as many giants. This has led the Norse compete each year to be the ultimate Giant killers! But only those who also spend time defending their borders against the encroaching evils from the warm lands, giant infested creatures, and the walking dead, are permitted to present their trophies at the great norse gatherings. Those who have defeated a monstrous invader, and who have the most giant trophies, are declared the Overtribe of the Norse. To this tribe goes the honor of having a Snow Troll protecting the tribe. Those who have defeated a monstrous invader have proven their worth, and are given the honor of working with the ulfwerener's. If a tribe loses their status, they do not lose any of the supernatural folk who work with them; they simply do not gain new replacements should their current ones fall in battle. May the best Giantkiller come forth! Tournament Rules: Each Season, competing teams may play as many sprints as they like. Sprints consist of 10 games, 6 against ogres, 3 against Norse, and 1 against an evil invader. The first 9 games may be played in any order, but the evil invader must be the 10th of the sprint. Evil invaders include: Nurgle, Khemri, Necromantic, Undead Any other games played during the season are simply not counted for points, but do not interfere with the sprints (including playing evil invaders at other times). Points: A win is worth 5. A draw is worth 2. A killed Beserker is worth 2. A permanently injured (not simply an MNG) Beserker is worth 1. A killed Ogre is worth 5. A permanently injured Ogre is worth 2. If the team loses it's game against the evil invader, they gain no points for kills or injuries during the entire sprint leading up to the evil invader game. Ogre Points: Ogres get points for any 10 consecutive games, or any 10 'consecutive' games counting only games against Norse, whichever the Ogre coach prefers. A win is worth 5. A draw is worth 2. A Snow Troll Kill is worth 10. An Ulfwerener kill is worth 5. A bezerker kill is worth 4. Any other Norse kill is worth 2. Any permeanent injuries are worth half the kill points.
