The Q.D. have taken an extensive break, partly due to losing many good players since the last, already unpleasant news item. Time to look back and then move on.


Blitzer Durim Darkesnev suffered a smashed knee in the team's 13th game and retired. Troll Slayer Borm Borrisson got killed by a human Blitzer one game later. Both were original team members.


Blocker Grim Grimsson retired after his second game (15th for the team) due to a smashed hip. Former Journeyman Skag Brokkisson also only lasted one more game before he got torn apart by crazed Chaos followers in the crowd.

Blocker Gorin Gumlisson and blitzer Darek Duraksson announced their retirement after Doc Thumbscrew had diagnosed them permanent damage.

Q.D. lose in round one of FUMBBL Minors 1600TW I-2. It was a hard fought positioning war against "I Don't Like Your Face" coached by #1 FUMMBL coach Purplegoo.

First half Boomer let the team down in a crucial moment. Second half the team went too early into contact with the greenskins and let them outplay the dwarves with ease. Some coaching lessons and training sessions are due.

Q.D. win FUMBBL SMACK Scheduled Rookie XXXVII.

The team dominated the game as its offensive and defensive strategies worked out almost flawlessly. The cunning gutter runners didn't manage to steal the ball, while the linerats were crumbling under the dwarves' mighty blows.

It was not only the team's, but also coach Rabe's first tournament win.

In a thrilling match the dwarves' reliability and positional training payed off as they beat the humans, who played a strong game as well.

Some extra training is in order now. Head coach Rabe is positive that the team will be even more skilled next game against either Chaos or Skaven.
