This is a concept team. It eschews all damage skills (no mb, po, claw or dp, ever). I will not be playing much against heavy bash with these guys (I think I should be able to find games without) Seeing how nastily my other R chaos developed, I figured I should make a chaos team that would not take damage skills. I planned to get some nice prehensile tail stack going on, but diving tackle got in the way at first. My first priorities were getting a tackle and a frenzy beast: the logic being that if I can't kill, I'll need to take down all the more. Now, getting some more guard spam (and aformentioned prehensile tail) seems to be in order. First game we suffered 2 RIPs (inc a CW) and 2 MNGs. Soldier on! After 5 games I'd already lost a second CW. Since I couldn't afford a new one, but could afford an apo, I tried that route instead, hoping to at least hang on to the ones I had left. After 20 games the team had suffered 10 RIPs and retired another 4 permanently injured players. However, development went on steadily: After game 34, the team had diving tackle on all 4 chaos warriors, with dodge on two of them as well. This really rocked for a while. One warrior picked up a niggle, but the squad was fun. Game 53, another got -MA, but all right. While waiting for him to recover, game 54: BAM! both superstar warriors RIP! Back to the drawing board... Match 14 was a weird one. Despite having 0 damage skills (not even frenzy, tackle, or dp), I somehow cleared the pitch of 12 humans. 8/ |
