Background A White Isle League team created as an homage to one of Britain's finest actors, the great Brian Blessed. Brian Blessed is an English actor. He is known for his sonorous voice and "hearty, king-sized portrayals". Season 31: The Big Parts performed above all expectations during their first season in the White Isle League with a record of 3/1/3 and finishing in 4th place. The future looks bright for these humans (until the inevitable face stomping in season 32, obviously). Season 32: A season marred by rolling over to higher TV teams like a happy puppy, making silly mistakes against V for Vendetta (a drunk coach has been blamed... oops) and squeaking out a couple of unconvincing wins. The team has come through relatively unscathed and will see this as a stepping stone to an eventual promotion push... whenever that comes... Season 33: The Big Parts finally add some Catcher flair to their ranks in the form of Lord Francisco del Ruiz who takes the WIL Albany Regional Division by storm with 31 spp in 5 games. Could he be the key to that elusive promotion push. 3 games in and 3 wins and things are looking good... (I've cursed myself now...) Season 41: After an enforced break from WIL (read: LIFE) the Big Parts are back and ready to go for Season 41... the team are in good shape but with a rusty coach at the helm a disappointing season is looking likely!
