The LL's are a collection of youths, who were able to get a powerful backer to form a Blood Bowl team. The oddest part about the LL's is their name and where they got the start up money for the team. The most popular rumor is that a necromancer gave them the needed money, but only if he got naming rights and the body of any player that happens to come to an untimely death on or off the field. That rumor is competly denied ,by the team, though.
