Everybody knows the dark elves corsairs were ridden of Sartosa. Wich is now the heart of the Old World piracy, with its Pirate Princess. But all the elves have not fled back to Naggaroth. After some years enjoying the sun and easy humain preys, some of them decided to stay. They made deals with the humans. They played it humble. They said that they prefer to serve in paradise that struggle in the dark elfe frozen hell. They promised they wouldnt take the sea anymore. They would stay inland, using theire knowledge to attend the land. It's a fact few foreigners know but Sartosa's inland is fertile and have many rich orchards. The princes agreed. The elves were offering a lot of gold and what menace could they become ? How come some inland wardens could be any problem for pirates ? But elves are patients. Slowly but surely they took control of the inland. Nothing official of course. But people that opposed them, even captains, died in strange circumstances. Now in the backstreets of Sartosa, pirates use the elfic word "Mafia" to refer to the elusive yet powerful organisation that control Sartosa's inland gardens. But still they were'nt authorized to have any ships. Not that the possibility to fight their ancient corsair comrades pleased them tha much... But they needed to gain a foot in the continent to extend their influence, get new deals, etc... So when the Grind started they didn't hesitate. They formed a team and made a deal with the princess to play in it. So here are the Wardens ! The may seem nice and gentle, all ball game, they took human names... but they are just starting. Soon things will get nasty ! Soon... |
