Chieftain: Jarl Ulric Head Coach: knightsweats Race: Chaos Dwarves The Order of the Snow King In the heart of Norsca, at the eastern end of the Iron Mountains, stands the Ragnarite Monastery. Built to worship the Snow King amidst the ruins of an Elven fortress overlooking the Gulf of the Maelstrom it is a forbidding place. During the Storm of Chaos an army of men was sent to capture the monastery, none returned. While defending the siege Jarl Ulric summoned the power of the Snow King into a magical rage which forever altered the minds and bodies of the would-be conquerors. Most were turned into simple, stunted, drones. A few became enfeebled, cursed with sickly green skin and still others sprouted extra legs and grew coats of fur. With the battle won Jarl Ulric had no need of such deformed and evil creatures and was on the verge of having them thrown from the cliffs into the Gulf. At that moment news reached him of a blood-sport to be contested between the many chiefs of Norsca. This was the ideal solution - if his minions lived they would bring him glory and renown and if they died then, well, it would be in the service of the Snow King.
